Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and password (encrypted) when you create an account.

Brand Profile Data: Product details, target consumer information, retail channels, campaign goals, and budget information you provide through our intake forms.

Social Media Data: When you connect social media accounts, we access read-only analytics data including follower counts, engagement rates, content performance metrics, and audience demographics. We never access your private messages, passwords, or personal social media content.

Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. Junna.ai never stores your credit card number, CVV, or billing details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create personalized content recommendations
  • To analyze your social media performance and provide insights
  • To improve our AI models and recommendation accuracy over time
  • To communicate with you about your account and our services

3. Aggregated Data

Junna.ai may use anonymized, aggregated data across all users for industry benchmarking, trend analysis, and research. This data cannot be traced back to any individual brand or user. Individual brand data is never sold or shared without explicit consent.

4. Data Security

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption)
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with 12 rounds
  • Session cookies are httpOnly, secure, and sameSite protected
  • Rate limiting prevents brute force attacks
  • Security headers (Helmet.js) protect against common web vulnerabilities
  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI Level 1 certified)

5. Social Media Permissions

When you connect a social media account, Junna.ai requests the minimum permissions needed:

  • TikTok: Read-only access to profile info, follower stats, and video performance
  • Instagram: Read-only access to business account insights, media performance, and audience demographics
  • Facebook: Read-only access to page insights, post engagement, and audience data
  • Pinterest: Read-only access to pin performance, board data, and account analytics
  • LinkedIn: Read-only access to company page analytics and post engagement

Junna.ai will never post, modify, or delete content on any connected platform without your explicit authorization. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Connections page.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

Junna.ai uses the following third-party services:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI): For AI-powered analysis and content generation
  • Stripe: For secure payment processing
  • Railway: For application hosting
  • Social media platforms: For analytics data via official APIs
