Junna.ai is an AI-powered brand growth intelligence platform that provides analytics, media mix recommendations, content creation, and social media analytics for consumer brands and digital marketplaces.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Social Media Connections

Junna.ai may request read-only access to your social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn) to analyze your brand's performance. Junna.ai will never post, modify, or delete content on your behalf without explicit authorization. You may disconnect any social account at any time.

5. Data Usage

Junna.ai may use anonymized, aggregated data from the Service for industry benchmarking, analytics, and research purposes. Individual brand data is never shared or sold without explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Subscription & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your credit card information is never stored on Junna.ai servers. Subscriptions may have minimum commitment periods as specified at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

Content generated by Junna.ai for your brand (reports, recommendations, creative deliverables) is owned by you. The Junna.ai platform, technology, and branding remain the property of Junna.ai.

8. Limitation of Liability

Junna.ai provides recommendations and analytics based on AI analysis. These are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Junna.ai is not liable for business decisions made based on the Service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Junna.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon cancellation, you will have read-only access to your data for 90 days.
